Most of these disputes arise out of federal law; however, state laws sometimes impact or affect individual rights in areas such as wrongful discharge and restrictive employment covenants.

Many employers have used the firm to prepare employee handbooks, as well as counsel them on Wage and Hour, Davis-Bacon wages, and other Department of Labor issues.
