This includes the preparation and filing of claims at the contracting officer level, up to and including trials in the United States Court of Federal Claims.

This experience has also been applied at the state and local levels, where clients have either contracted directly with the public owner or have worked for a prime contractor. Our lawyers' experience with the requirements for proving damages and for knowing where to look for information within the government is a valuable asset.
